The 13th century Medieval Hall, in the wonderful surroundings of Salisbury Cathedral Close, is licensed for Civil Ceremonies and provides a magnificent setting for your wedding and/or reception. It was built as the banqueting hall of the original Deanery and many of the medieval features remain to make the building a special venue for your special day. The owners, John & Jane Waddington will bring their years of experience to help you with the planning and organisation of the day. We will have as many meetings as is required and, if the Civil Ceremony is to take place in The Hall, will encourage you to have a rehearsal the day before to ensure that everyone taking part is confident of their role before the great day itself. If you are seeking a special place with character and a sense of history, The Medieval Hall may well be the right place for you.
