Business description

We are a unique venue in a beautiful and private location providing wedding ceremonies, civil pertnerships, wedding breakfasts and receptions. There are a variety of different buildings available designed to suit all needs as well as pictuesque areas outside for photographs including a large area of lakes. The Shepherd's Cottage is an 18th Century thatched building with gothic windows overlooking lakes and a medieval wood which is licensed to seat upto 40 guests for ceremonies and wedding breakfasts. With a large enclosed garden and open log fire inside, it is the perfect venue for an intimate occasion. The Barns have 2 rooms; the Mixing Barn is licensed for ceremonies and wedding breakfasts for 40 guests upwards and the Main Barn is our reception room seating upto 300 guests. The Barns are beautifully restored with carpets and central heating. The Main Barn has a marquee lining, bar, stage and large dance floor. Catering is provided to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.
